Global Asbestos Solutions Ltd was established  as a sister company of Lee Ashworth Excavation Ltd after various problems subcontracting asbestos contractors under Lee Ashworth Excavations Ltd, Lee made a decision to set up an asbestos removal company initially to ensure transparency, compliance and competence when working on contracts and projects through Lee Ashworth Excavations ltd. Global Asbestos is a fully operative and successful business now offering a wide range of asbestos services.

A confident and experienced Contract Manager with a proven track record in working within the asbestos industry for over 18 years.

Knowledgeable of legislation and compliance, working in line requirements and best practice; Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974, The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, Asbestos The Licensed Contractors Guide, Asbestos Licensing, ASB 5 Notifications.

Gary is responsible for the Management and direct contractual relationships with clients, suppliers and other contractors in line with agreed contracts. Supervising workers, subcontractors and work activities to ensure that all statutory, regulatory and policy requirements are complied with at all times. Gary is Responsible for the day to day management and monitoring of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality compliance.

NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) qualified and a Technical Member of IOSH with a background in health and safety regulations. Trained in Asbestos Management to comply with all relevant legislation within the industry.

Kay is responsible for the maintenance of the Quality, Environmental and H&S management systems including internal auditing with IRCA auditing qualifications for ISO 9001:2015 & EMS ISO 14001:2015.

​Kay ensures the company maintains legal compliance with all relevant legislation, reducing risk in relation to personal safety, provides competent advice to all employees and management whilst adopting a culture of continuous improvement.

Annette is responsible for setting budgets, tracking, monitoring and evaluating day-to-day accounting tasks and activities. These task are essential to ensure company’s performance and success.

Crafting effective procurement strategies, finding cost-effective deals and suppliers, and supply chain management from initial requisition to invoice payment.

​Annette ensures the efficient functioning  of administrative and financial tasks.

All our employees are trained and accredited to the highest standards within the Industry.  All Supervisors and Operatives attend regular refresher training and we pride ourselves in continous improvement and personal development plans.
